Senior Electrical Design Engineer - Surrey. - A multi-disciplinary consultancy requires a Senior electrical design engineer to take a lead role on a number of projects on behalf of the practice. You should be able to produce an engineering report in respect of survey findings, provide technical advice, tender analysis, energy efficiency advice and other project related matters. To write stage reports and documents on projects from pre-planning advice stage through to specification documents, to produce design drawings including schematics, layouts, sections and details,to undertake technical checks of the design work of others and reports, specifications and other documents. A relevant degree in Electrical Design or Systems Engineering is required, and you should be Chartered or Chartered eligible. Candidates should be able to demonstrate at least 10 years design experience with consulting engineers or contractors in a similar level position.
